A dynamic and engaging fitness class designed for youth ages 11–17! This program combines fun and effective exercises to help young individuals improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall confidence in a supportive environment. The focus is on building physical strength and endurance while fostering a positive attitude toward exercise and healthy living. Emphasis will be placed on proper form, injury prevention, and the benefits of regular physical activity. Participants can expect a supportive atmosphere to push themselves, have fun, and build friendships with peers.
