United Self Defense Academy – Foothill Ranch

At United Self Defense Academy, every student receives thirty minutes of private or semi-private instruction each week. This focused learning approach ensures that each student gets the attention they need to succeed, with classes tailored to individual needs for faster progress. Students can receive additional help in specific areas and may be paired up for advanced training on techniques. Private instruction is scheduled at your convenience.In addition to private lessons, students can attend unlimited group lessons, which enhance cardio fitness and provide opportunities to practice skills with peers of similar ages and abilities, as well as with a range of experience levels.Each class includes effective self-defense training and drills, along with various exercise and stretching routines. We serve the Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, and RSM areas.
