I am pleased to offer online, virtual Social Studies and Language Arts courses for junior high and upper elementary students. This year includes Adventures in Literature for various grade levels and The Classical Historian Series, with classes focused on Ancient and Medieval Civilizations and the Early American period, as well as my Adventures in World Geography course. I believe in turning readers into leaders and using the Socratic method to encourage students to grow in class discussions. There will be weekly assignments, quizzes, and open virtual interaction using Canvas and Zoom. I will be offering different classes this fall for middle school and elementary students. Additionally, I am available for tutoring in these subjects.
