The Lab Learning Space

Lab Learning Space in Long Beach, California. We offer classes for students K-8 through our enrichment program. A design-your-own drop-off program is available. The Lab’s approach to learning emphasizes creating joy in the process and developing students’ self-agency and skills to take ownership of their learning. We use a personalized, mastery-based learning approach that incorporates students’ strengths, needs, and interests. Classes available include Writer’s Workshop, Reader’s Workshop, self-study in Math, Science, History, Social Studies, and Art-based Project-Based Learning. We also offer meditation, yoga, mini-sports, and field trips. Our work focuses on supporting your child’s success in their educational journey.
