Gym class: Balancing activities, beginning sport skills, and basic gymnastics in this program lead to increased strength, enhanced manipulative ability, and improved hand-eye coordination while building self-esteem and confidence. Dance class: Our classes are taught in a progressive learning system, offering ballet, jazz, tap, and hip-hop. Our fun-filled classes teach combinations that are both exciting and challenging. Karate: Children learn the basics of martial arts, including kicking, punching, and blocking techniques, which instill confidence and self-awareness while developing speed, balance, and overall coordination.
