Ventura Land Trust (Ventura Wild)

Ventura Wild offers nature connection programs for youth ages 5 to 12 in Ventura and Ojai. Participants engage with nature to develop awareness, knowledge, self-reliance, and social skills through exploration and play. The curriculum emphasizes ecological literacy, social-emotional skills, and Next Generation Science Standards. Activities include games, council circles, and opportunities to strengthen connections to self, others, and nature.The staff are experienced environmental educators, skilled in facilitating activities that connect children with nature through storytelling and songs.
