Steps to become a vendor with this school:
Express Interest:
Vendors must be requested by an iLEAD family to begin the process.
Request from a Family:
– A family requests a vendor through their Educational Facilitator (EF).
Vendor Review:
The Educational Facilitator will review the vendor’s services.
Evaluation Process:
– If the vendor is suitable, the EF submits a New Vendor Request Form to the Vendor Department.
– If not suitable, the EF informs the family.
Approval Process:
The Vendor Department evaluates the New Vendor Request.
Application Link:
– If approved, the Vendor Department sends an application link to the vendor.
– If not approved, the vendor and EF are notified.
Online Application Submission:
The vendor submits an online application for evaluation.
Clarification Requests:
The Vendor Department may request additional clarification if needed.
Supporting Documentation:
– If the vendor is a good fit, supporting documents will be requested.
– Required documents include:
– W-9
– Business license
– Insurance
Adjustments and LiveScan:
– Adjustments may be necessary for the vendor’s insurance.
– The vendor pays for LiveScan (fingerprinting) for all instructors who will have direct contact with iLEAD learners and sends the forms to the Vendor Department.
Await Results:
The Vendor Department waits for LiveScan results from the Department of Justice.
Final Approval:
– If LiveScan clears and all paperwork is approved, the vendor is added to iLEAD’s approved vendor list.
– The vendor will receive a welcome email with billing instructions and information on the PO system.
Vendor Requirements:
Vendors must meet the following requirements:
– Have an active website (not including social media accounts).
– Not sell religious or sectarian content to iLEAD learners using instructional funds.
– Accept purchase orders to be paid after materials/services are received (net 30).
– Not be employed by iLEAD.
