Understand Onboarding Requirements:
Be aware that all Community Partners must complete the application and onboarding requirements to be active in the ordering system before providing billed services to Cottonwood students.

Obtain Criminal Justice Information (CJI) ORI Number:
To obtain a Criminal Justice Information (CJI) ORI number, complete the DOJ ORI Application.
Submit ORI Application:
Submit the completed ORI application via email to [email protected] or mail it to:

Understand Compliance Requirement:
Applying for an ORI number is free and is necessary for compliance with Ed Code 45125.1, which requires a valid criminal records summary for employees interacting with pupils.
