Steps to become a vendor with this school:
Express Interest:
Email [email protected] with your request to become an Elite partner.
Include in Your Email:
– Your company name
– Mailing address
– Phone number
– Website address
Prepare for Purchase Order:
Ensure you have a current purchase order before providing any services or materials to Elite Academic Academy students.
Understand Payment Terms:
– Payment is only obligated after a purchase order has been processed and sent.
– For partners utilizing ACH payment, invoices are paid on a “net 30” term.
– All other partners will be paid on a “net 45” term.
Submit Invoice:
After receiving a purchase order and sending materials, submit your invoice to the Accounts Payable Department via email.
Invoice Submission Details:
When lessons are completed, submit invoices through the Online Purchasing System or email the Accounts Payable Department with the following information:
– Partner information
– Invoice number
– Student name
– PO number
– Amount
