Receive Vendor Packet:
Once the request is completed, a vendor packet will be sent to you, which includes all necessary information to proceed with the approval process.

Submit Completed Vendor Packet:

DOJ Clearance for Staff/Volunteers:
By entering into the contract, you certify that none of your staff or volunteers who may come in contact with students have felony convictions. You must provide a list of these individuals.
